Yoga for Beginners--stretches, poses

Yoga is great for exercise, meditation, relieving stress, and relaxing.  Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, you can do the exercises in the videos below.  These are simple stretches and poses that are perfect for stretching out overworked muscles.  I particularly find Yoga to be a great way to relieve menstrual cramps.  That's right ladies.  Yoga works on cramps.  And guys, don't be shy.  Yoga is perfect way to relax after a hard day at work.
